Sundial Mobile Punch serves as a convenient tool for employees to manage their clocking operations within the RealTime software, which is part of Sundial Time Systems' Employee Timekeeping solution.

The application accommodates a variety of Supported Punch Types, including IN, OUT, Switch, Lunch Leave, Lunch Return, Break Leave, Break Return, and Auto. This versatility allows for seamless integration with the existing Desktop software and Physical Time Clocks.

Punches submitted through Mobile Punch are automatically incorporated into the overall system, enabling RealTime software to capture comprehensive Time and Labor data from various sources. This integration enhances the efficiency of timekeeping processes.

A notable feature of Mobile Punch is its Status Feedback functionality, which allows employees to check their current Punch State and view the Timestamp of their Last Punch, thus promoting accountability.

The application also includes configuration settings that enable employees to provide detailed Job Costing information across all eight tracking levels. Each level offers a selectable list of available options for job cost entry, catering to diverse organizational needs.

Security is a priority with the Mobile Punch App, which requires a Username and Password for access. Users have the flexibility to store their login credentials or utilize an AutoLogin feature for added convenience.

Additionally, Mobile Punch supports Offline Operation. After logging in, employees can continue to perform necessary clock operations even when outside their cellular service area. Once connectivity is restored, the app will automatically transmit any offline records, ensuring that timekeeping remains accurate and efficient.
